As general contractors, Mamik Homes assumes the responsibility for the means and methods used for completing your construction project. In this program, all cost estimates are presented in a total fixed price. We are responsible for hiring, supervising and employing all subcontractors from early procurement to project completion. The client gains knowledge of the project with minimal risk.
